Tempest of Her Own

Inspired by Shakespeare’s The Tempest, this project centers on Miranda and reconstructs her destiny within the play. The design transforms the traditional wedding dress into a dynamic system of rotating glass and UV resin fragments, symbolizing her control and resistance between power and emotion. The costume becomes a vessel of emotion—constantly generating new meanings through shifts in stage lighting and movement. She is no longer swept away by the storm; she is the one who creates it.
